Often times immediately if we find you are a candidate on your first visit Discovery Day!
"Treatment is so easy and it works! I was walking out of the clinic and realized I already felt better."
Typically, after the third treatment, we should see a 60-75% reduction in pain. On average after 6-8 treatments*, we should have the maximum stem cell production that will continue to migrate and repair the tissue over the next 8-12 weeks. Research shows a success rate for musculoskeletal disorders of 65-91%.
For the next 15-20 hours, you should notice the most decrease in pain and swelling, as well as an increase in range of motion and circulation.
The TRUE healing will be 8-12 weeks from now when the maximum amount of stem cells have been produced and migrated to the treated area.
*Depending on your specific condition(s) and health goals we can discuss at your Day 1 consultation, history and examination
Your first visit is called the Discovery Day: When we run the device over healthy, normal tissue, no biofeedback response is produced. When we run the device over damaged tissues, inflamed tissue, arthritis, scar tissue and/or areas of poor circulation a positive biofeedback response is produced! When this positive response is produced we know you are a great candidate!
Better response, better clinical outcomes!
Research shows a success rate for musculoskeletal disorders of 65-91%.

SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy: The Gold Standard in Modern Medicine

In the rapidly advancing world of regenerative medicine, two names often crop up: SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy (TRT) and the Stemwave device. However, when it comes to superior technology, comprehensive research, and proven results, SoftWave TRT emerges as the undisputed leader. In this article, we will delve deep into the world of SoftWave TRT, elucidating its myriad benefits for both doctors and patients.
1. SoftWave Benefits for the Doctor:
• Cutting-Edge Technology Supported by Research: With an investment of over $25 million in research and development and 46 open and active patents, SoftWave TRT has ensured its technology remains at the pinnacle of medical advancement.

• Diverse Application: SoftWave's acceptance isn't limited to one field of medicine. Orthopedics, neurology, chiropractic care, podiatry, urology, and sports medicine are just some of the disciplines that trust in SoftWave's capabilities.
• Powerful Endorsements: The renowned Dr. Josh Axe, among other preeminent physicians such as Dr. John David Mullins, supports and backs SoftWave Therapy. Such endorsements further solidify its status in the medical community.
• Innovation & History: Established in 2004 by the visionary duo John Warlick and Mark Gronowski, SoftWave TRT grew from its roots in lithotripsy. It expanded the use of shockwaves, paving the way for numerous medical breakthroughs. SoftWave's dedication to research and development makes it the first and only supplier of unfocused shockwaves (Li-ESWT) in North America.
2. SoftWave Benefits for the Patient:
• A Holistic Solution: SoftWave isn't just about alleviating pain; it's about regeneration and healing. Whether it's musculoskeletal pain, injuries, or cosmetics, SoftWave TRT addresses the root causes, offering comprehensive solutions.
• Safety First: With FDA approval, inspection, and clearance, patients can rest easy knowing they're in safe hands. SoftWave TRT adheres to the highest standards, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Celebrity & Athlete Trust: Elite athletes and celebrities from organizations such as the Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Braves, NBA, PGA golf, UFC, and many more trust SoftWave for their recovery and well-being. If it's good for the elites, it's good for everyone.

• Innovator's Vision: John Warlick's belief is clear: "No one should settle for living in pain or with a chronic injury." SoftWave's goal isn't just about healing; it's about enhancing the quality of life, one softwave at a time.
The Science Behind SoftWave TRT
SoftWave's groundbreaking technology hinges on the use of broad focused shockwaves. These shockwaves, unlike radial ones, ensure a deeper and broader column of acoustic energy. The result is an effective treatment that stimulates cellular repair, boosts blood circulation, reduces pain, and promotes tissue healing and regeneration.
The history of SoftWave is one of innovation. Its origins lie in lithotripsy, a procedure that employs shockwaves to dissolve kidney stones. Recognizing the broader applications of this technology, SoftWave TRT expanded its scope, pioneering the use of shockwaves for nerve and tissue regeneration.
Today, SoftWave TRT continues its trailblazing journey, always researching, testing, and educating. Its mission is crystal clear: make SoftWave available to anyone needing to prevent or heal an injury. As John Warlick rightly points out, nobody should have to live with pain or chronic injuries.
In Conclusion
Dr Matt DiDuro, Manager, SoftWave TRT, John Warlick, Co-founder, Manager and Chief Scientific Officer and the rest of the amazing SoftWave TRT board teamed up to spread this amazing healing technology across the USA and placed this device in hundreds of healthcare offices, clinics, medical and research centers, professional sports settings and more! They are on a mission to change lives, one softwave at a time! “A great man never seeks to lead, he’s called to it!” -DiDuro quotes.
In the arena of regenerative medicine, choices matter. SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy, with its unparalleled technology, extensive research, and global endorsements, stands tall as the superior choice against competitors like the Stemwave device. Whether you're a doctor aiming for the best for your patients or someone seeking comprehensive healing, SoftWave TRT promises a brighter, pain-free future.
SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy (TRT): The Superior Choice
- Shock waves are acoustic pulses with high positive pressure, fast and steep rise time followed by comparatively small negative pressure (tensile wave).
- Radial pressure waves are acoustic pneumatic pulses with a low steeping effect, slow rise time with comparatively large negative pressure (tensile wave). The waves are shallow and have the highest energy and pressure located directly at the applicator’s surface.
- Ultrasound waves are periodic oscillations with narrow bandwidth and does not have peak pressure and fast rise times.
- Radial Pressure Wave (which is not a true shock wave) – Treats only superficial indications with a column of acoustic energy of 2 cm wide x 2 cm deep which is roughly the size of 5 nickels stacked on top of one another.
- Radial pressure waves have their greatest energy at its source and weakens the farther it travels. Radial waves are generated by means of a pneumatic system. Using compressed air, a projectile is accelerated to a high-speed then suddenly decelerated by a transmitter, which is held to the area being treated.
- The pressure waves lose power the deeper they enter the body.
- SoftWave Therapy utilizes a patented parabolic reflector, which is unique from all other shock wave devices, in that it combines the proven efficiency of the electrohydraulic method of shock wave generation with an applicator (OP155) that delivers this energy with a broad focused dispersion pattern. There are a number of profound advantages to this design.
- The therapeutic energy zone is vastly larger in all dimensions (7cm wide x 12 cm deep similar in depth to a soup can) than that of other designs, allowing greater efficiency of treatment (fewer treatments necessary).
- Unlike radial, SoftWave does not create or rely on micro traumas for mechanism of action. Instead, it non-traumatically causes cells to shed microvesicles, which signals a healing cascade communication rapidly and safely. Radial devices break the skin which is unnecessary.
- SoftWave technology is scientifically validated to recruit and activate endogenous stem cells.
- SoftWave technology can be used diagnostically: SoftWaves elicit biofeedback by which “origins of pain” can be precisely identified, serving an invaluable role in treatment effectiveness and efficiency.
